QOps-RemoveExtensions

Removes Extension(s) from the environment.

Syntax

QOps-RemoveExtensions -Filter -Force [-Profile]

Parameters meaning:

-Filter selects the Extensions to remove by name:

  • Name

The name is matched exactly. Wildcards are not expanded, so -Filter "Name=sales-*" looks for an extension literally called sales-*, which normally means it finds nothing and removes nothing. Given * or ?, the command says that the name is matched as written and points to QOps-ShowExtensions -Filter to list the matches. List what a pattern covers first, then remove each by its own name. Several names can be given with ; between them.

The exactness is deliberate: removal cannot be undone, and a mistyped pattern that quietly widens is a worse failure than one that matches nothing.

Updated in version 3.0.21

-Force indicates that the extension will be removed. Without it nothing is deleted and only a warning message is output.

-Profile overrides default User Profile with the specified one

Examples

QOps-ShowExtensions -Filter "Name=sales-*"

QOps-RemoveExtensions -Filter "Name=sales-report;Name=sales-forecast" -Force

The first command lists what the pattern covers; the second removes two of them by their exact names.

-VerboseLog enables full verbose output including complete API response dumps and debug information. By default, QOps now produces concise output summaries.
